But is it free also in other countries. i live in a non-english country and what do i have to do. Also whats the code like:

when you call another country you put 00 or + then 2 digits. What is those digits?

Well, You can't lie to them that you've lost a beta hat, Anniversary hat... (just letting you know) because they have a history and a video of you playing... They can just go to the Town, Plaza etc and just watch you play without a penguin. So, better not lie. And also I recomended calling them because it may take 3 days for them JUST TO REPLY you by email.
